How to Order Cannabis Delivery in Las Vegas
Oh, what a time to be alive! It feels like yesterday we were smoking hash out of a DIY bong under the bleachers. Now, premium flower can be delivered right to your doorstep in a few hours.
Nevada is one of the few states that allow recreational cannabis delivery, meaning anyone 21 years or older can order marijuana online. If you’re a first-timer looking to order cannabis delivery in Las Vegas, here is everything you’ll need to know:
When is delivery available?
We offer delivery seven days a week from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Depending on our daily order volume, we may stop accepting same-day deliveries a few hours before closing, so be sure to order when you get the chance!
How can I pay for the delivery?
At this time, cannabis delivery is exact cash only.
How much does weed delivery cost?
For orders of $75 or more (pre-tax), there is no additional charge. All orders under $75 will include a $10 delivery fee.
Where can you deliver orders?
Under Nevada law, cannabis deliveries can only be sent to residential addresses that match your ID. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to hotels, casinos, or business properties. For Las Vegas residents, we deliver anywhere within a 25-mile radius of our store, including Summerlin, Henderson, and North Las Vegas.
Can I place an online order if I’m from out-of-state or out-of-country?
Because residential addresses must match your ID, we cannot deliver online orders to out-of-state or out-of-country visitors. We do, however, offer curbside pickup and express kiosks in our store! We’re located just a short 10 minute drive away from the Strip. To get directions, click here.
Do I need my ID to get delivery?
Yes, you must have a non-expired, valid ID or passport showing you are 21 years or older.
Do I need my medical marijuana card to get weed delivery?
A medical marijuana card is not required for weed delivery in Las Vegas.
How long does cannabis delivery take?
Don’t worry; your order will be in your hands in no time! On average, deliveries take about 2 to 3 hours to complete depending on daily order volume.
How much should I expect to pay in taxes for weed delivery?
Orders are subject to a 10% cannabis excise tax, plus the 4.6% statewide sales tax. Out the door, you can expect a total of roughly 15% added to your purchase for taxes. If you are a medical marijuana cardholder, you will only be responsible for the 4.6% Nevada sales tax.
How much should I tip cannabis couriers?
Tips are not required, but greatly appreciated! A general rule of thumb is to tip 20 percent if you loved your service.
How do I place a delivery order?
Ready to receive your goods? Head over to our online menu and begin placing items in your cart. Once you’ve found everything you’re looking for, proceed to the checkout bar on the top right and select delivery. We also offer delivery services through Weedmaps.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
We will send you a text message once your order has been received! You will also receive text updates when your order is in route.
Will the driver bring my order to the door?
We complete all deliveries curbside, so please be ready to meet our drivers outside of your residence. If you are unable to accept curbside delivery, please let us know in the “special instructions” section of your order, and we will accommodate your needs.
