Roles We’re Hiring For
We’re actively looking to fill three positions across our operations:
- Inventory Associate — Full-time, from $15/hr
- Sales Associate / Budtender — Full-time, weekends required
- Delivery Driver — Full-time, $15–17/hr

Who We’re Looking For
Across all three roles, we hire for the same core qualities. Cannabis experience is a plus — but attitude, reliability, and work ethic are what actually get you hired here.
- ⏱ Reliability — All roles require availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 🎯 Attention to Detail — Cash handling, product packaging, METRC entries — accuracy matters every time.
- 🤝 Customer Service Mindset — Every role touches the patient experience. A positive attitude is non-negotiable.
- ⚡ Ability to Move Fast — High-volume, fast-paced environment. Stay sharp when things get busy.
- 📋 Compliance Awareness — Nevada cannabis is regulated. State laws and internal procedures, no exceptions.
- 💻 Basic Tech Proficiency — POS systems, Microsoft Office basics, cash management.
All candidates must obtain a valid Nevada state agent card and complete W-4 & I-9 verification. Delivery Drivers must have reliable transportation and may not consume cannabis during scheduled shifts.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Inventory Associate — Back of House
Production and packaging role — detail-oriented, quota-driven, and cleanliness-focused. If you take pride in accuracy, work efficiently with your hands, and thrive in a structured environment, this is your lane.
- Weigh, fill, and package cannabis products — concentrates, cartridges, pre-rolls and more
- Meet or exceed daily production quotas (50–125+ units per hour depending on task)
- Maintain a spotless work area — facility is cleaned top to bottom every single day
- Assist with inventory counts and packaging orders for dispensaries
- Stay current on state agent card, OSHA, and METRC training
Sales Associate / Budtender — Front of House
The face-of-the-brand role. On the floor every day helping registered patients find the right products — explaining strains, consumption methods, and benefits with confidence. It’s retail, but it’s also education.
- Guide patients through product selection — strains, potency, medicating methods, ailment-specific recommendations
- Process sales accurately using our POS system, handle cash and cashless debit
- Keep the sales floor organized, well-merchandised, and fully compliant
- Build long-term patient relationships and contribute to team sales goals
- Stay current on all products, state regulations, and local cannabis laws
Delivery Driver — On the Road
More than just driving — customer service, sales support, and regulatory responsibility in one role. You’ll represent Green Cannabis Co. at every doorstep. Reliable, personable, and sharp with cash? We want to talk to you.
- Deliver cannabis products while providing a professional, patient-first experience
- Operate our POS system and manage cash transactions on the road
- Upload signed manifests and use METRC to stamp deliveries as arrived
- Stay current on daily offers, specials, and menu updates
- Must have reliable transportation, available evenings, weekends, and holidays
