Medical marijuana cardholders can also purchase at Nevada dispensaries as long as they are 18 years of age or older. You do not need to be a resident of Nevada to purchase cannabis.

What is the legal cannabis purchasing limit in Las Vegas?

One person can purchase up to one ounce of cannabis or 3.5 grams of concentrate in one transaction.
