Green Cannabis Co. ("Green Dispensary") is committed to making our website, greennv.com, accessible to everyone — including customers who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice-recognition software. We believe every adult in our community deserves equal access to information about our stores, products, and services.

Our Standard

We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, and conformance with them also helps make the web more usable for everyone.

What We're Doing

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we regularly review the site to improve the experience. Measures we take include:

  • Writing semantic HTML so pages have a meaningful structure for screen readers
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
  • Labeling form fields and buttons so their purpose is clear
  • Reviewing new features and content for accessibility as we build them

Third-Party Content

Some portions of our online experience — including the live product menu, cart, and checkout — are provided by third-party platforms. While we don't control the code of those services, we work with vendors that share our commitment to accessibility and we pass along any issues our customers report.
