What to have ready.
Nevada has a few rules about how cannabis can be paid for and delivered. Here’s the short version, in plain English.
What you need
- A valid, non-expired ID. Nevada license, out-of-state ID, US passport, or US military ID all work.
- To be 21 or older. Driver scans your ID at the door. Name on the ID must match the order.
- A residential address. House, apartment, condo — anywhere a real Nevada resident lives.
- To be home to meet the driver. We can’t leave orders at the door or hand them off to someone else.
Good to know
- Cash and most debit cards accepted. Aeropay lets you pay direct from your bank, no ATM fee.
- No hotels, casinos, or Airbnbs. Nevada law restricts cannabis delivery to residential addresses only.
- Free delivery on $50+ orders (pre-tax). Small delivery fee on orders under $50.
- Medical cardholders save 10% — only the 4.6% NV sales tax applies (no 10% excise tax).
